About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to join their team in Wolverhampton . In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the complex mortgage application process, helping them secure the best financial solutions for their property purchases. You will build rapport, assess financial needs, and recommend appropriate mortgage products from a wide range of lenders. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced advisor looking to work in a supportive environment with a strong client base in the Wolverhampton property market , balancing office-based consultations with remote client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their financial situation and property goals.
• Advise clients on suitable mortgage products, explaining terms, conditions, and implications.
• Source the most appropriate mortgage and protection products from a panel of providers.
• Manage mortgage applications from initial contact through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage and property markets in the West Midlands region .

Requirements

• Full CEMAP or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor , with a strong understanding of residential mortgages.
• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing compliant and customer-centric advice in the Wolverhampton area .
