Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to understand their borrowing needs and circumstances.
- Advise clients on a range of mortgage products, explaining terms, conditions, and associated costs.
- Identify and recommend the most suitable mortgage solutions from a diverse panel of lenders.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage application forms accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate the mortgage process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market, products, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Full CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar financial advisory role.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and the property market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a client caseload effectively.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
