About the Role

Our client is looking for a personable and results-driven Mortgage Advisor to join their team in Bradford . This role is central to assisting clients in navigating the complexities of the mortgage market, finding the most suitable home loan products to meet their individual needs and financial circumstances. You will build strong client relationships, provide expert advice, and guide them through the application process from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people achieve their homeownership goals within the vibrant banking and finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client financial situations and advise on appropriate mortgage products and solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through networking and lead generation.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction completions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar financial advisory role.
• Possession of relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CeMAP or equivalent).
• Excellent understanding of the UK mortgage market and lending criteria.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
