You will offer expert advice, assess financial situations, and identify suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on various mortgage products, understanding their financial circumstances and needs.
• Conduct comprehensive affordability assessments and credit checks.
• Source the most suitable mortgage and protection products from a panel of lenders.
• Manage the entire mortgage application process from initial consultation to completion.
• Provide clear explanations of terms, conditions, fees, and risks associated with mortgage products.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and identify opportunities for further financial advice.

Requirements

• Relevant mortgage qualifications, such as CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar financial advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and regulatory requirements (FCA).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
• Proficiency with mortgage sourcing software and CRM systems.
