About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to join their expanding financial services team in Milton Keynes . You will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, assessing their financial needs, and recommending suitable mortgage products. Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique circumstances will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial assessments with clients to understand their borrowing needs and eligibility.
• Advise clients on a range of mortgage products and associated protection options.
• Process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently, liaising with lenders and third parties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market, regulations, and product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent, or willingness to obtain.
• Proven experience in a mortgage advisory or related financial sales role.
• Excellent understanding of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of clients effectively.
