About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join their dynamic, remote-first marketing team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling animated graphics, explainers, and promotional content that enhances our client's brand presence across various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and proficiency with industry-standard software. Working from your home office, you will collaborate with marketing managers and content creators to bring creative concepts to life, contributing directly to the success of marketing campaigns and brand engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
• Develop storyboards and concepts for animated sequences, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Animate graphics, text, and visual elements to create engaging and dynamic visual narratives.
• Edit and assemble raw footage, audio, and graphics into polished final video products.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver content on time.
• Stay current with design trends, software updates, and best practices in motion graphics and video production.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion graphics work, including animation, typography, and visual effects.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects , Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
