Motor Insurance: Lead Customer Care Team (Hybrid)

GerrardWhite is recruiting a Motor Insurance Customer Care Team Leader in Rainham, Essex. This hybrid role leads the frontline team, ensuring high service levels, timely responses and effective handling of new business and renewals.

You’ll work closely with the Customer Care Manager to coach the team, run monthly 1-2-1s, monitor performance, maintain FCA/GDPR compliance and foster a collaborative culture with accurate records of customer interactions.
