Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven New/Used Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our client's reputable motorcycle dealership in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual looking to advance their career within a prominent brand in the motor trade industry.

- Starting basic salary of £21,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Duties of the Motorcycle Sales Executive:
- Sell new and used motorcycles, additional accessories, finance, insurance products, and warranties
- Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently
- Keep customers informed throughout the delivery process and advise on potential delays
- Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently
- Collect payments and ensure all financial transactions are completed prior to bike handoverExplain warranty, servicing, and maintenance options
- Introduce customers to the Aftersales, Clothing, and Accessories departments
- Demonstrate motorcycle features and benefits
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements of the Motorcycle Sales Executive:
- Previous experience in automotive vehicle sales, ideally within motorcycle sales, as a Motorcycle Sales Executive is highly desirable
- Strong customer service and sales background outside the motor trade considered
- Passion for motorcycles and two-wheel products
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, results-driven attitude with a customer-centric approach
- A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is preferred but not essential
- Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and motorcycling culture
