Job Description
KubeNet in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join our Glasgow team. You will provide technical support to customers, own incidents from first contact to resolution and troubleshoot a variety of IT environments within a busy MSP setting.
With a minimum of two years' MSP experience, you will handle Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory issues, manage user access, and maintain detailed ticket notes while delivering quality customer service and timely updates.
