About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and efficient Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join their logistics team in Oxford . This role is essential for the timely and safe delivery of parcels and goods to a variety of customers across the city and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for managing your own delivery route, ensuring all drops are completed within schedule while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the local geography and a strong commitment to professionalism, making them a valuable asset to our client's operations in Oxfordshire .

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan and execute daily delivery routes, completing multiple drops per shift.
• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Load and unload parcels carefully, ensuring they are handled correctly to prevent damage.
• Obtain proof of delivery for all items, accurately recording details and managing any returns.
• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers encountered during deliveries.
• Conduct daily checks on the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements promptly.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license appropriate for the vehicle class.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver , particularly in multi-drop roles.
• Good knowledge of the Oxford and surrounding Oxfordshire road network.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and manage a demanding schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
