About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent and customer-focused Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to serve the Stoke-on-Trent area. This role involves delivering a high volume of parcels to residential and commercial addresses within a specific delivery round. You will be responsible for navigating efficiently, ensuring all deliveries are made safely and on time, and providing excellent service to customers. The ideal candidate is energetic, organised, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility, understanding the importance of their role in the company's delivery network.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily delivery routes efficiently, ensuring all assigned packages are delivered.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Provide outstanding customer service upon delivery, handling inquiries professionally.
• Obtain necessary proof of delivery, including signatures and electronic confirmations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle problems, or customer concerns promptly to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (Category B).
• Proven experience in multi-drop delivery driving is essential.
• Good geographical knowledge of Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet delivery targets.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of repeated lifting and walking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
