Multi-Site Campus Operations Leader

The University of Lincoln is seeking an Assistant Director of Campus Operations to provide strategic leadership for the campus operations services, ensuring the estate is safe, compliant, efficient and fit for purpose.

Reporting to Campus Services, the postholder will oversee procurement, performance and continuous improvement, manage outsourcing contracts, and lead large estates teams across multiple sites to deliver a world-class student and staff experience.
