Multi-Site Catering Lead - Operations & Service Excellence

The Campus Kitchen at the University of Southampton is seeking a Catering Operations Supervisor to lead multi-site retail outlets, cafés and grab-and-go locations, and to drive service standards across a busy operation.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate staffing and rotas, oversee inventory, ensure food safety and health & safety compliance, and foster a customer-focused team culture in a fast-paced environment.
