Multi-Site Energy Asset Compliance & HSEQ Lead

Astute People is partnering with a major UK energy infrastructure business to appoint an Operations Compliance Manager (Portfolio HSEQ Manager). You will develop and embed fleet-wide compliance systems, governance frameworks and ISO standards to support growth across the portfolio.

The role reports to the senior leadership team and drives a culture of continuous improvement in Quality, Health & Safety and Asset Management. Hybrid working is expected, with site visits across operational locations.
