Multi-Site Facilities & Projects Manager

COREcruitment is partnering with a fast-growing grab & go brand to appoint a Facilities & Projects Manager / Lead. You will own facilities, maintenance and property activities across a multi-site estate, ensuring the estate runs smoothly behind the scenes.

It is not a hands-on role; you will manage contractors, suppliers, and planned/reactive maintenance, deliver smaller CapEx projects, and ensure compliance across sites.
