Multi-Site Facilities Manager - Care Facilities

Shaw healthcare is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a group of six care facilities in Shropshire under a PFI contract, delivering end-to-end facilities management and leading maintenance operatives and cleaners. You will ensure contractual KPIs are achieved and collaborate with the head office on repairs and inspections.

The role requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a salary of £40,000 per annum and a benefits package including 28 days annual leave, employee ownership
