Multi-Site Maintenance Leader (Hospitality)

Byron Burgers is seeking a Maintenance Manager to own maintenance across its London restaurant estate, ensuring safety, compliance and high performance. The role combines hands-on problem solving with preventative planning and strong supplier management.

You'll lead multi-site maintenance, work with restaurant teams and contractors, monitor spend, and deliver programmes that improve asset reliability while protecting long-term value. Travel across Byron locations is required.
