Multi-site Operations Director - Children’s Homes

Charles Hunter Associates on behalf of a trusted Lancashire children's home provider seeks an Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of homes across Lancashire. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive financial performance, budgeting and business development while recruiting and retaining a high-calibre management team.

This leadership role offers a strong package including £70,000 salary, Car allowance £3,000 and a Bonus Scheme (£7,000 per annum).
