Multi-Site Retail Supervisor (Casual) – Derby Area

Lighthouse Charity Shops in the Derby area is seeking a flexible Retail Supervisor to support the running of our network of shops. You will travel between current and future sites within approximately 30 miles of your base, with weekend work required.

In this casual role you will supervise volunteers and assistants, maintain high standards in customer service, stock presentation and pricing, and drive sales while ensuring policy, health and safety, and safe operations across the network.
