Overview
Anchor Group Services is looking for an experienced andprofessional Corporate CCTV Security Controller to joinour growing team, providing a dedicated relief cover across a portfolio ofprestigious corporate sites throughout Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CCTVController looking to work within high-profile corporate environments whereprofessionalism, customer service, and attention to detail are paramount. As adedicated Multi-Site Controller, you will become a valued member of the ControlRoom team, support multiple contracts while gain experience across a variety ofcorporate locations.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in protectingpeople, property and assets by monitoring CCTV systems, managing alarms,coordinating incidents, and supporting on-site Security Officers. You will alsobe responsible for access control, monitoring life safety systems, maintainingaccurate incident records and ensuring all client procedures and AssignmentInstructions are followed.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to become adedicated relief CCTV Controller across several prestigious contracts, withgenuine opportunities for further training, development and progression withinAnchor Group Services. If you have relevant security or control room experience but do notcurrently hold a CCTV licence, we would still encourage you to apply, as training can be provided for the right candidate . As ourportfolio continues to grow, there is also potential for this position to developinto a permanent full-time role for the right candidate.
Flexibility, reliability and a proactive attitude areessential, as you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days,nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Duties Include
- MonitoringCCTV systems and responding to live incidents.
- Operatingaccess control, alarm management and life safety systems.
- Coordinatingincidents with on-site Security Officers and emergency services.
- Producingaccurate incident reports and maintaining Control Room records.
- Monitoringfire alarms, intruder alarms and building management systems.
- Providingexceptional customer service to clients, visitors and contractors.
- Escalatingincidents in accordance with site procedures.
- Supportingthe wider security team through effective communication.
- Ensuringcompliance with Assignment Instructions and client procedures.
- Maintaining a professional,organised and efficient Control Room environment at all times.
Requirements
- ESSENTIAL: Valid Frontline SIA CCTVLicence (Public Space Surveillance).
- PREFERRED: Door Supervisor Licence.
- Previousexperience working within a Security Control Room or CCTV environment.
- Previousexperience within corporate office environments.
- Excellentverbal and written English communication skills.
- StrongIT skills and confidence using multiple monitoring systems.
- Excellentobservational skills and attention to detail.
- Calmand professional under pressure.
- Smartappearance and high personal standards.
- Flexibleand reliable to cover shifts across multiple sites.
- Customerservice focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced Control Roomenvironment, making informed decisions under pressure while deliveringexceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues alike.
