Multi-Site Workplace Experience Lead

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager in London to lead and optimise the customer journey across a multi-site portfolio. You will oversee workplace operations, manage a small team and support the Key Account Manager as a deputy when required.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery across sites. On-site, permanent role with 40 hours per week.
