We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning and HVAC Engineer to join our Facilities & Environment team. This pivotal role requires an individual with comprehensive expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems across diverse facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards in all HVAC operations. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with other engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality solutions that support the comfort and well‑being of building occupants. Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems across multiple facilities ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and associated components.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong the lifespan and efficiency of HVAC systems.
Collaborate with the Facilities & Environment team to coordinate project works and minimise disruption to building occupants.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety legislation.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and parts used for auditing and reporting purposes.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and liaise with external contractors as required.
