Job Role of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced industrial factory. Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair experience.

Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Hands-on mechanical fault-finding and repair experience. Recognised mechanical engineering qualification. Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining industrial machinery and production equipment.

Desirable Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Experience working as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in the UK. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience working with conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, motors, and other mechanical production equipment.
