CBREGlobal Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integratedfacilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the team located in Bristol .
OurMulti-Skilled Engineers are key members of the on-site Facilities Managementteam, providing technical support to ensure our clients’ buildings are safe,compliant, and operating effectively. With an electrical bias, you will takethe lead on electrical maintenance tasks while also supporting mechanical andgeneral building services activities.
Role Summary
As a CBRE Multi-Skilled Engineer you willutilise your advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance andcorrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment andgrounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operationsand performance. Utilising several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing,electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
- Carry out planned andreactive maintenance to M&E plant in line with statutory requirements andbest industry standards.
- Complies with allapplicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directivesrelated to building operations and work safety.
- Be an ambassador of theCBRE values and behaviours. Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented toclients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered andalways promoted.
- Oversees and inspectsthe work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includeslandscaping, snow removal, remodelling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.
- Performs assignedrepairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance andrepair records as required.
- Responds quickly toemergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Experience Required
- Experienceworking in a Facilities Management/Maintenance Engineering role.
- Experiencewith Reactive and PPM (Planned Maintenance)
- ADegree/Qualification in either a Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
- Mustdemonstrate a strong sense of customer focus and commitment to continuousimprovement.
