Multi Skilled Gas Engineer

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Gas Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Gas Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial gas boilers and heating plant
• Carry out gas safety inspections and certification in line with regulations
• Diagnose and resolve faults on boilers, water heating systems, heating circuits, pipework, gas-fired air heaters (direct and indirect), pumps, valves, and associated systems
• Support the upkeep of a large gas asset base (approx. 50 appliances across site)

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Registered (Commercial & Domestic)
• Valid ACS qualifications (e.g. COCN1 or equivalent)
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a commercial gas environment
• Experience working on commercial boilers and heating systems
• Experience in FM or industrial environments, with understanding of compliance and gas safety documentation
