Recruit4staff are representing a market-leading FMCG manufacturing business in Montgomery seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer. You will maintain high‑speed filling lines, perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires 2+ years in a similar FMCG setting, a recognised engineering apprenticeship or NVQ/HNC, and strong fault‑finding skills. You will work with cross‑functional teams to uphold safety and drive continuous improvement.
