Day to day you’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide variety of production and packaging machinery, including mixers, ovens, conveyors, cutters, wrapping machinery and much more.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer within a manufacturing environment Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or another high-speed production environment desirable Multi-skilled with both mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent) Strong understanding of health & safety and safe working practices Proactive approach to fault-finding and problem-solving Time-served apprenticeship desirableThe site operates a fast-paced production environment supplying major UK retailers, and we're looking for an experienced engineer to join the existing maintenance team.
