Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams, schematics and mechanical drawings. Completing risk assessments, permits to work and LOTO/isolation procedures in line with site safety requirements. Accurately recording maintenance activities through the site's CMMS. Supporting equipment installations, reliability improvements and root-cause analysis. Working closely with production and operational teams to identify opportunities to improve plant reliability. Providing out-of-hours support for essential operational systems when required. Working alongside external contractors and supporting their activities on site.About You
We are looking for an engineer who is genuinely multi-skilled, with strong practical experience across both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
You'll ideally have:

Proven experience working across both electrical fault-finding and mechanical maintenance. Experience diagnosing faults on automated manufacturing equipment. Good knowledge of PLCs, drives, inverters, sensors and three-phase electrical systems. Mechanical maintenance experience, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gearboxes and bearings. The ability to confidently read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings. A strong understanding of health & safety, safe systems of work and isolation procedures. Good communication and reporting skills. A proactive, positive "can-do" attitude with a focus on finding solutions. A team-player mentality and a commitment to getting the job right first time. What's on Offer?
