About the Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer Role
We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to deliver high‑quality planned (PPM) and reactive facilities maintenance across a mobile portfolio of commercial sites in the Brighton area.
Key Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities
- Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
- Fault‑find on lighting, power, distribution boards, heating, ventilation, and hot/cold water systems
- Plant checks and maintenance
- Mechanical systems
- Conduct emergency lighting testing, fire alarm checks, and basic statutory compliance inspection
- Diagnose and repair urgent equipment failures to minimise business downtime
Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements
- Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Good understanding of current regulations and safety standards
- Full UK driving licence
