• Pay Rate of £19.19 per hour

Overtime (When Available):

• Weekday after 10 hours = Time and a Third

• Weekends/Nights = Time and a half

Candidates must have:

• Full understanding of duties required for construction works.

• Full understanding of duties required for ground works.

• Good understanding of concrete associated works.

• Capable of working to instruction with minimal explanation.

• Ability to work with others.

• Provide assistance to chargehand and other tradesman.

• CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker) and/or CPCS Blue Card

• Manual handling

• Knowledge of multiple trades.

• Abrasive wheels.

• Working at height

Preferred

• CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker) and/or CPCS Blue Card

• Working towards a CSCS skilled worker card/ CPCS (NVQ)

• CPCS Roller ticket

• IPAF

• PASMA

• Driving licence
