Service & Maintenance | M25 Corridor
£40,000 - £47,000 DOE + Overtime + Bonuses + 25 Days Holiday + Company Vehicle
We’re looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a growing and well-established team, covering the M25 Corridor and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with a strong background in fire and security system servicing, maintenance and fault-finding. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of commercial sites and high-profile clients, with a company that invests in its engineers and provides the equipment, training and support needed to develop your career.
The Role
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of fire alarm and electronic security systems at commercial and private client sites throughout the M25 Corridor.
Your responsibilities will include:
Servicing and maintaining fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems Carrying out fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs Completing planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits Carrying out small works, upgrades, modifications and system expansions where required Working with systems and manufacturers including Axis, Hanwha, Galaxy, Texecom and Paxton Supporting a range of high-profile commercial clients, including business parks, commercial premises and private estates Completing service documentation accurately and ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard Managing your own workload and working independently on site Providing a professional and customer-focused service Participating in a 1-in-5 call-out rota, with a standby allowance What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer with a strong technical background and a genuine interest in developing their career.
Ideally, you’ll have:
Proven experience as a Fire & Security Engineer Strong technical experience across fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and/or access control Solid servicing, maintenance and fault-finding experience Experience working with systems such as Axis, Hanwha, Galaxy, Texecom and Paxton would be advantageous Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills A professional, customer-focused approach Excellent communication skills The ability to work independently and manage your own workload A full UK driving licence A genuine interest in continuing to develop your technical skills What’s On Offer
