Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation & Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex automation and electrical faults in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Plant-Wide Technical Support: Provide on-shift support, including overtime cover where required, to troubleshoot and resolve PLC, servo, HMI, and related control system issues.Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out planned preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, repairs, and breakdown response activities to maximise operational performance.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes, reliability, and fault resolution activities.Maintenance Documentation: Maintain accurate records and detailed reports of maintenance work, repairs, and system performance.Training & Knowledge Sharing: Coach and support operators, technicians, and apprentices to develop technical capability and promote best practices.
