Multi Sports Coaches

Delta Sports Coaching is a leading sports education provider based in Worcestershire, delivering high‑quality PE lessons, After‑School Clubs, Lunchtime Activities, and Enrichment Programmes across a wide range of educational settings. We specialise in creating dynamic, inclusive, and engaging sporting experiences for children and young people in primary, secondary, nursery, and higher‑education environments. Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Multi‑Sports Coaches to join our growing team in Worcester. This is a part‑time, hybrid role with flexibility for some remote work. Coaches will deliver high‑energy, engaging sessions across our partner schools in Worcestershire, including:

• Lunchtime Sports Provision
• PE Curriculum Delivery
• Enrichment Days and Activity Events
• After‑School Clubs
• Sport‑Specific Programmes
• Holiday Camps and Community Sessions

You will play a key role in shaping positive sporting experiences, supporting children’s development, and representing Delta’s values in every session.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong background in sports coaching, with football or multi‑sport experience
• Confident communication and coaching abilities
• Experience in sales or marketing related to sports programmes (desirable)
• Excellent organisational skills and leadership qualities
• Passion for promoting physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications
• Previous experience working with children or in educational settings (advantageous)
