Multi-Trade Carpenter - Social Housing, Van & Fuel Card

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join a social housing maintenance team in Exeter/Taunton on a 3-month contract. The role focuses on high-quality carpentry and related repair work throughout properties.

You will carry out tasks such as door undercuts, installation of trickle vents, and other structural repairs, with emphasis on health and safety, accuracy of records, and delivering good customer service. A van and fuel card are provided.
