Job Description
Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.
Location: Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Newham.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a first‑class service to properties across Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Newham and surrounding areas.
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs covering all aspects of specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Complete all works efficiently and within required deadlines.
Qualifications
- Reliable and experienced trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.
- Strong customer care skills.
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle will be provided for work use only).
- Eligible to work in the UK; resident in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
Additional Information
- Eligible for an additional monthly non‑contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
