Multi-Trader – Suffolk
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk (IP3)
Salary: £160–£180 per day (CIS) + Company Van & Fuel Card
An established property maintenance contractor is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join their team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across residential properties throughout Suffolk.
Offering long-term work, a company van and fuel card, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of work.
Duties
* Carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance works.
* Complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating.
* Undertake repairs within occupied and void properties.
* Deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
* Complete work safely and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate job records.
Requirements
* Previous Multi-Trader experience.
* Experience within social housing, repairs or refurbishment.
* Good all-round trade skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Ability to work independently.
