Multi-Trade Operative

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor for a highly skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join their growing team covering Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas .

This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson with strong carpentry and plumbing skills as their core trades, supported by excellent abilities in plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, and locksmith work .

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out a wide range of Major works in occupied residential properties and Void maintenance 
• Completing carpentry and plumbing repairs to a high standard.
• Undertaking plastering, tiling, decorating, and locksmith works as required.
• Diagnosing faults and delivering first-time fixes where possible.
• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and within agreed timescales.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative.
• Strong carpentry and plumbing skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, and locksmith repairs.
• Experience working within social housing, local authority, or residential maintenance environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full clean UK driving licence is essential.  Company Van & Fuel Card Provided
