I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a maintenance company that specialise in socialhousing maintenancein Exeter. The Multi Trade Operative will be primarily responsible for high quality carpentry as well as additional repairs.

Multi Trade Operative duties:

• Carry out high quality works such as: Door undercuts, installation of trickle vents and structural works.
• Delivergoodcustomerservice
• Keepaccuraterecords
• Maintainvehicle,tools,andstocktorequiredstandards.

Requirements for the role:

• NVQLevel3/City&Guildsorequivalent
• FullUKDriversLicence
• Strong carpentryskillsplusmulti tradeability
• Goodhealth&safetyawareness
• Socialhousingexperiencedesirable
• DBS - Basic

• The role does come with a Van & Fuel card
