Multi-Trader – Norfolk
Location: Norwich, Norfolk (NR7)
Salary: £160–£180 per day (CIS) + Company Van & Fuel Card
We are recruiting an experienced Multi-Trader on behalf of an established property maintenance contractor delivering planned and reactive maintenance works across Norfolk.
This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work, excellent support and a company van and fuel card provided.
Duties
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.
* Complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating.
* Undertake repairs to occupied and void residential properties.
* Diagnose faults and complete quality repairs.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
* Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader.
* Strong all-round maintenance skills.
* Experience within social housing desirable.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Ability to work independently.
