Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work on a social housing contract in Salford . The successful Multi-Trade Operative will have experience working on social housing and must have experience working on both kitchens and bathrooms. You will mainly be working on the void properties.

The Job and duties of Multi-trade operative:

• Undertaking repairs and renovating rooms
• Fitting Kitchens
• Joinery
• Bathroom fitting
• Tiling

Requirementsfor a Multi Skilled Operative:

• You will needa Full UK driving license
• Proven experience in themaintenance sector
• Be able to provide at least twoworking references
• Skilled CSCS card

The pay rate for this Multi-Trade Operative role is £20.27PH and the role comes with a company van and fuel card.
