Multi Trade Operative

Join a well-established housing contractor as a Multi Trade Operative, working as part of a bathrooms team covering Leeds and surrounding areas.

I'd love to hear from anyone with experience in tiling, carpentry, plastering and painting.

The Multi Trade Operative role is offering:

• £31,912.06 starting salary
• Salary increases to £35,320.14 after successful completion of a 3-month probation period
• £1,000 incentive payment if 88% customer satisfaction is achieved, payable May 2027
• 28 days annual leave + birthday leave
• Pension and Health Shield
• Company van and fuel card
• Tools provided
• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday, 08:00-16:30
• Friday, 08:00-14:30

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

• Carrying out tiling work
• Completing 2nd fix carpentry
• Carrying out patch plastering
• Completing painting and decorating
• Carrying out general multi-trade repairs within bathrooms
• Working to a high standard and providing good customer service

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• Previous experience as a Multi Trade Operative
• Strong tiling skills
• 2nd fix carpentry experience
• Experience with patch plastering
• Painting and decorating experience
• Previous bathroom or property maintenance experience
• A full UK driving licence

Location & travel This role covers Leeds and surrounding areas, working across domestic properties. A company van and fuel card are provided.
