Job Description
As a Multi-Trade Carpenter your duties will include:
- Reactive & planned repairs and maintenance
- Internal Refurbishment projects
- Carrying out repairs to the Fabric of a building and external works, including but not limited to: Carpentry, hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, patch plastering, Painting, Basic Plumbing, Brickwork, Slabbing, Roofing
- Independent working, as well as team working when needed across various sites
- Travelling between multiple sites per day As a Multi-Trade Carpenter you will need:
- Experience within Reactive and planned maintenance within commercial settings
- Valid CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness – desirable
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role
- High standard of work
- Good communicator The successful Multi-Trade Carpenter will be working for a successful business who have a strong foothold within the maintenance sector. You will also receive a company van and fuel card, work wear, PPE, Phone, There are great opportunities for overtime.
