Job Description
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate: £23.62 per hour (Umbrella)
We are recruiting a Multi‑Trade Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied housing association properties across the Surrey area.
What's Included:
Company van and fuel card
Requirements:
Carry out a wide range of multi-trade works, including:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Basic plastering, tiling, and decorating
Undertake reactive repairs and general maintenance within social housing properties
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently across multiple trades
Complete works relating to damp, mould, and general property repairs
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants
Work independently to manage a daily workload (up to 7 jobs per day)
