Job Description
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate: £23.62 per hour (Umbrella)
We are recruiting a Multi‑Trade Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied housing association properties across the Surrey area.

Requirements
- Carry out a wide range of multi-trade works, including:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Basic plastering, tiling, and decorating
- Undertake reactive repairs and general maintenance within social housing properties
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently across multiple trades
- Complete works relating to damp, mould, and general property repairs
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants
- Work independently to manage a daily workload (up to 7 jobs per day)
