Multi Traders - Social Housing Refurbishments South East & South West London (Including Croydon, Twickenham, Wimbledon, Buckingham and surrounding areas) From £180 per day (CIS) Company Van & Fuel Card Provided Temp to Perm Opportunity Regular Pay Reviews Once Permanent 18 Rec is currently recruiting multiple experienced Multi Traders on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes across social housing properties throughout South East and South West London. We're looking for reliable, customer-focused tradespeople who take pride in their work and are looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent progression. The Role You'll be carrying out refurbishment and improvement works in occupied and void social housing properties, including: Kitchen refurbishments and new installations Bathroom and wet room refurbishments General property improvements Planned maintenance and refurbishment works Multi-trade repairs and finishing works We're particularly keen to hear from Multi Traders with a core trade in: Plumbing Carpentry Plastering Tiling Wet room installations Vinyl flooring (including wet room flooring) Requirements Valid CSCS Card (Essential) Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) Previous experience working within social housing Strong multi-trade experience Experience with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Essential) NVQ in a relevant trade (Desirable) What's on Offer?
