Multi Trader - Cambridge

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our Repairs & Maintenance team working on social housing properties in Cambridge and the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade works, focusing on carpentry, plumbing, tiling and plastering for repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Work on void and occupied properties to a high standard
• Assist with general maintenance tasks such as plastering, tiling, and decorating
• Complete job sheets, reports, and relevant certification
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Must have own tools /van & fuel card will be provided
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in Social Housing / Repairs & Maintenance
