Multi Trader – High-End Properties Location: Central London – Mayfair & surrounding areas Day Rate: £250–£300 per day Vehicle: Company Van Provided

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to work across high-end residential and commercial properties in Central London, including Mayfair and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled tradesperson with a plumbing bias and extensive experience working to a high standard in prestigious properties.

Responsibilities

• General multi-trade maintenance and repairs
• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Tiling
• Plastering and making good
• Basic carpentry and general building works
• Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance
• Working to a high-quality finish within luxury properties
• Maintaining excellent health & safety standards

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience as a Multi Trader
• Strong plumbing background
• Good knowledge of tiling, plastering and general building works
• CSCS Card preferred
• NVQ qualifications preferred
• Experience working within high-end/luxury properties would be highly advantageous
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and quality of workmanship Package
• £250–£300 per day, depending on experience
• Company van provided
