Are you an experienced Multi Trader looking for a stable, permanent role with a well-established maintenance contractor? Trident Maintenance Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Multi Trader to join the team covering commercial void properties across the Hampshire area.

Working across a portfolio of commercial voids, you'll carry out a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks to prepare properties for occupation. This is a mobile role covering Hampshire, offering varied work and the opportunity to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Typical duties include:

• Carpentry repairs and installations
• Basic plumbing works
• Patch plastering and making good
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling and flooring repairs
• General maintenance and refurbishment tasks
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently

In return, Trident Maintenance Services offers:

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative
• Strong all-round trade skills
• Full UK driving licence
