Multiskilled Building Fabric Technician – Carpentry/Plumbing

Construction, Property and Engineering is seeking a Building Fabric Technician based in Horsham. This role focuses on Carpentry or Plumbing with a path to handle general building maintenance and related tasks.

On-call rota participation is required, and a DBS check will be completed before start. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in property maintenance or facilities management, strong communication skills, and a proactive, safety‑minded approach.
