Pay: £20.27 per hour (CIS)
Contract: Initial 3-month contract with ongoing work available

You'll be working within occupied homes, carrying out a mixture of planned maintenance, property improvements, and day-to-day repairs. This is a customer-facing role, so you'll need to take pride in both the quality of your work and the service you provide.
Day-to-Day Duties Complete carpentry repairs and installations within domestic properties. Carry out additional multi-trade work, including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and general maintenance. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently. Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Build positive relationships with tenants while working in their homes. Keep accurate records of completed work where required.About YouTo be considered, you'll need:
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry or another relevant trade. Previous experience working within social housing, local authority, or residential maintenance. A good level of multi-trade knowledge with the ability to turn your hand to a range of repairs. Strong customer service and communication skills.
